Jennifer Garner moved her relationship with alcohol throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
On Tuesday, the 49- year-old starlet spoke on Instagram Live with her long time good friend, Judy Greer, about her drinking routines prior to and after the coronavirus lockdown.
“We consume in a different way – I have a bit nearly every night,” Garner informed her fellow starlet, including, “The other variation, where I can go like 5 days however then I like, strike it tough on the weekends.”
The Yes Day star shared that she didn’t consume much throughout high school and college, however experienced an uptick in her consumption after she had kids – Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9 – all of whom she shows ex-husband Ben Affleck.

Once the pandemic hit, Garner observed another boost in her drinking. She try out being “sober-ish”, sharing that stopped consuming for 10 weeks over the summertime, aside from a one-night break while she was on trip in New York City. Post-lockdown, she has actually continued to check how to manage her drinking routines progressing.
